Print Order Information
For a smoother transaction, please take note of the following:
- Make sure the PDF file you attach is the version you want printed out. We only provide prints, not proofreading, corrections/revisions and editing. (PDF is preferred to ensure your document format is not changed visually.)
- Make sure to double check the information you input in the form. Prints4U will not be held responsible for input errors in the form. (BUT there will be multiple times we will confirm the information via correspondence, before we reach the stage where we print your order. So there’s plenty of time to make adjustments).
Flow of making Print Orders
- You fill up the web form as accurately as possible.
- We will evaluate your attached file.
- We will contact you via your provided email for your initial estimated payable based on your attached file. We will also verify if you provided the correct information in the web form.
- You send your payment via the payment instructions we send. Then you send a screen capture of the payment as proof.
- We will verify the payment. We will also do a final checking if no information needs adjusting.
- You will verify if no more changes are needed. We will start printing your document(s).
- After printing, we will contact your recipient and send out the print outs to the recipient.
- You will receive and update after completion of delivery.
